User feedback and game issues
Email support@ravenhubs.com with the game title, Raven Hubs page URL, browser, device, and a short description of what happened. This is especially helpful for blocked frames, broken thumbnails, wrong categories, outdated descriptions, or games that should open externally instead of inline.
Catalog corrections
Catalog feedback can go to support@ravenhubs.com. A useful report explains which page needs attention, what appears incorrect, and what the corrected detail should be. Examples include a wrong game category, missing control note, outdated source information, or a tag that makes the page harder to find.
Business and publisher inquiries
Send advertising, partnership, game distribution, publisher, or developer outreach to business@ravenhubs.com. Include your organization, the game or campaign involved, the proposed scope, and any relevant rights or distribution details.
Privacy and data requests
Send privacy questions, data access requests, deletion requests, and consent-related questions to privacy@ravenhubs.com. Include the Raven Hubs URL or service area involved and avoid sending sensitive account credentials or payment details.
Security reports
Send vulnerability reports, abuse reports, and security issues to security@ravenhubs.com. Include a concise reproduction path, affected URL, browser or device details, and whether the issue appears to involve a Raven Hubs page or a third-party game frame.
Rights, licensing, and removal requests
Rights-related messages should be sent to support@ravenhubs.com and should identify the exact URL, the work or game involved, the claimant or authorized representative, the requested action, the good-faith basis for the request, and evidence that helps verify ownership or distribution permissions. Raven Hubs may correct attribution, change play mode, remove a page from public discovery, or remove a page entirely after review.
- Affected Raven Hubs URL and game title
- Claimant name, organization, contact details, and authority to act
- Description of the copyrighted work, trademark, or license issue
- Good-faith statement explaining why the reported use is not authorized
- Accuracy statement and physical or electronic signature
- Requested action and supporting source or ownership records
Support scope
Use the public contact options linked on this page for catalog corrections, blocked game frames, policy questions, partnership notes, privacy requests, security reports, and rights-related reports. Raven Hubs reviews issues tied to the public game library and policy pages, but it does not provide account recovery, payment support, or operational control over third-party game hosts.
Useful report checklist
The fastest reports to review are specific and reproducible. If a game frame fails, include whether the issue happened before or after pressing Start game, whether retry changed anything, and whether the external play option worked.
- Game title and Raven Hubs page URL
- Browser, device, screen size, and whether extensions were enabled
- Screenshot or short description of the visible error state
